Melissa is a proud New Zealand citizen who was born in South Africa and now calls New Zealand home. She brings more than 18 years of management, leadership and risk management experience, including over six years in the recruitment industry. Her career has taken her from senior roles within the hospitality industry, including Marriott International, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies and recognised as one of the top companies to work for. Since joining Success Group in 2021, Melissa has progressed from Recruitment Consultant to National Recruitment Manager, General Manager and now Director, giving her a unique understanding of the business from the ground up. Melissa’s key strengths lie in leadership, risk management, strategy, operations, finance, sales, revenue management and building high-performing teams. She is passionate about developing people, creating strong client relationships and ensuring the correct people are connected with the right opportunities. As Director of Success Group, Melissa is focused on continuing to grow the business while maintaining the company’s strong values and commitment to people.
